Refund Policy
There will be no refunds given to any customer unless the following applies;

The item arrived damaged, at which we will send off a new item*

The item is missing parts, at which we will ship the part or provide a partial refund

All refunds and replacements are at the discretion of Smiley Riley Sensory LLC and it's Partners.
Any list of reasons or conditions is not an exhaustive list and refunds or replacements may be denied for any reason.
Refunds and replacements have a tendency to be abused, so please be understanding in our decisions on the matter.
We love and appreciate our customers and will help out in any way we see fit.
